Engaging your horse under saddle. After showing you a gentle and positive way of grooming and tacking up your horse you will be guided thru the process of preparing for a ride, either in the arena or on the trail. The use of leg support boots, shoes or slip on riding boots will be discussed.

This clinic focuses on light contact when riding your horse. After understanding the horses mind a bit better and being able to engage your voice ques, you will learn how the lightest of contact brings the most engaging and enjoyable results.

You will be offered a chance to ride a Spirit Rock Morgan and experience the ultimate lite contact. You will be initially guided under lunge line then possibly allowed to ride the arena on your own on a Spirit Rock Morgan.
