All spirit rock Morgans are raised and trained with the same basic concept. Learn as much as you can with as much positive guidance.

I begin with touch education and imprinting of foals.

My tasks of educating take off from there. All preparing them for the great adventure of being the best equine partner possible. I work with the foals daily to insure the best possible education from prior to the minute they are delivered from their moms. I work together with the mother to ensure the best reception of information.

Instilling ground manners and touch therapy is the first step.

Learning hand and voice queues for everything interacting with people are the next steps.

Educating them to the next levels of riding.

I Teach them to think on a non reactive level and transform their reactions to questions and curiosity. They learn to ask their partner if they should react, or just trust.

Equine Partnership Guidance.

From foal to finish or anywhere in between. I provide the ability for you to be guided thru the steps to the greatest partnership you can have with your horse in the beautiful dance of equine/ riding life. My goal is to provide understanding of the equine mind and the ability to tap into the great depths of communication possible with your horse.

We begin with the best communication education possibility :

Understanding of ground work. This means the understanding of their place in our herd as well as theirs. They learn to understand how we are their herd leaders and companions for them to trust. They learn to understand how they can look to us for help and guidance. In return we can give them our ultimate trust. We as humans are always striving to understand and become the leader of the herd thru in depth ground work education with our horses. We work with positive reinforcement and opportunistic training, incorporating the concept of clicker training. (without a clicker) The process brings you and your horse to a greater level of trust and understanding from ground to mounted.

The final result is that of a very loyal/ dependable/ secure/ happy horse and partner. One of those once in a life time connections. Or is it? If we care enough to commit the time and patience into our foals , we can create a happy well rounded partner to take us thru our greatest journeys of equine beauty. It all depends on how much love and commitment we put into our connection.
